Ingredients
10 oz. spinach, 1 zucchini, shredded, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, 6 oz. mushrooms, 2 cups spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1.5 cup low-fat ricotta cheese, 8 lasagna noodles, 1.5 tsp dried oregano, 2 c. 2% mozzarella cheese
Directions
layer sauce, noodles, mixture of other ingredients.

bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees covered w/ foil; remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes;
