Spinach Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
10 oz package Fresh Spinach1 pint Fresh Strawberries, halved1/2 cup Pecan HalvesDressing:1/2 cup Raspberry Vinaigrette1 tsp Salt1/2 cup Granulated Sugar1 tsp Ground Mustard1/2 cup Vegetable Oil1 1/2 tblsp Poppy Seeds
Directions
Makes 6 - 1.5 cup servings

Brown pecans in frying pan over medium heat; watch closely - once you smell them they will burn.

Mix strawberries, spinach, and pecans in bowl.

Combine dressing ingredients (except poppy seeds) in blender. Blend well. Add poppy seeds.

Right before serving, mix dressing into salad.
