Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium no seedsOnions, raw, 1 medium Yellow Peppers 1 pepperRed Peppers 1 pepperSpinach, fresh, baby 2-6 ounce packagesCreole Mustard 1 TbsHoney, 1 tbspOlive Oil 3/4 cupRed Wine Vinegar 1/2 cup
Directions
Chop veggies, alternate one layer of spinach and one layer veggies. Mix dressing ingredients and drizzle onto salad.
