2 large tomatoes diced 1 green pepper diced1 onion dicedsalt and pepper to taste2 Tablespoon of olive oil for fryingpocket pita bread
Dice al the vegetables /Fry the onion and peppers until limp add tomato cook until soft add salt and pepper Place in to shallow dish In our house we just tear off a peice of pita bread and dip it into the stir fry and bon appetit
PS you can add almost any fresh vegetable to this recipe just remember to add the harder vegetables frist then the solt vegetables
