Spinach, olive, bean quiche

3 sheets Phyllo Dough4 eggs1 cup nonfat milk1 - 10oz package of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry1/4 cup black beans rinsed and drained2 tbs chopped green olives
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.
2. Spray a 9 1/2" pie pan with olive oil spray.
3. Place one sheet of phyllo dough in pan. Spray with olive oil. Place second sheet and spray. Place third sheet. Don't spray.
4. Whisk eggs and milk together. Mix in spinach beans and olives.
5. Pour into pie pan. Bake for 40 min or until knife inserted comes out clean.
