Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups plain flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/4 teaspoon soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/3 cup canola oil1 cup butter milk
Directions
Makes 9 biscuits of 2 1/2" size

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients. Mix oil and milk and add to dry ingredients. Stir until mixed. Dough will be very thick. Place on a floured surface and knead 3 or 4 times, press out to 1/2" thick. Cut with a 2 1/2" cutter. Place on baking sheet. Bakes 450 for 18-20 min. or until brown.
