Cashew Broccoli

Ingredients
1 (12 oz) bag frozen broccoli2 tbsp finely minced onion1 cup roasted cashews2 tbsp butter1 cup light sour cream1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp paprika1 tbsp honey (or stevia)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook broccoli according to package directions. In a separate bowl, stir together sour cream and remaining ingredients except cashews. Layer broccoli in a 1.5 qt baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with cashews and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
