1 c. whole wheat flour1 tbs sugar1 tsp vanilla extract2 eggs1 tbs canola oil
whisk ingredients together. if time is available, allow mixture to reach room temperature. Spray crepe pay with pam, and lightly coat pan with a thin layer of mix. Flip, and toss the first crepe. Continue with remaining mix. Stuff with your choice of fruit or meat!
