Vegetable & ham Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes -3Pepper -1celery - 1mushrooms - 4cherry tomatoes - 4Ham - 2 slicesCheese - Sprinkle
Directions
Cook potatoes in the oven for 45 mins.
Chop all veg and ham and put into a pan and dry fry until slightly soft.
Once the potatoes are cooked, cut in half and take out the potato leaving the skins. Mash in the veg and put back into the skins and sprinke cheese on top, put in the oven until the cheese is melted.
