Lean Turkey Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients
500g Turkey MinceColeman Chille Con Carne Mix40g Mushrooms, chopped75g Red, Green and Yellow peppers, diced50g Onion, raw, diced
Directions
1. Fry the mince in water until cooked
2. Add the onions, fry for 5 mins
3. Add the peppers, fry for another 5 mins
4. Make up the chilli mix as instructed on packet
5. Add to the mince
6. Stir and simmer for 15 mins
7. Serve on a bed on wholegrain rice or jacket potato
