Cranberry Oat Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar1/4 cup sugar1/3 cup canola oil1 egg1 tablespoon fat-free milk3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1-1/4 cups quick-cooking oats3/4 cup plus 2 tables spoons all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
In a large mixing bow, combine sugars and aoil. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Combine the oats, flour, baking soda and salt, gradually add to sugar mixture . Stir in cranberries.

Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks. (Yield) 2-1/2 dozen.
