Low Fat Beef n Veggie Soup

Ingredients
Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Brussels sprouts, cooked, 2 cup Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 2 cup (1" pieces) Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Laura's Leen Beef 4% fat, 16 oz *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) *Tomato juice, with salt added, 32 fl oz Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup
Directions
Roll raw beef into little balls, or simply pinch off pieces of it and toss it in the pot with the rest of the ingredients. Cooking the beef in the soup is a healthier way to cook beef & with 4% fat you will have little to no grease from the meat.

Put all the ingredients into a crock pot and cook all day, or you can do it on the stove in a soup pot.
