Brown rice and vegetables

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice4 tlbs olive oil (for sauting rice and vegetables)1/2 onion2 stalks celery1 small yellow squash1/2 red pepper1 package sliced mushrooms1/2 pack frozen peas4 green onions (scallions)
Directions
Brown onions, add celery, add mushrooms, add red pepper, add yellow squash, add green onions, add frozen peas.

Saute and then add brown rice to pan with veggies. Saute a couple minutes longer to mix rice and veggies.
