potato and turnip salad

Ingredients
New potaoes, 250 grams cooked Light Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Basil, 5 leaves cut into strips Turnips, 100 grams coarsely grated French coarse Mustard, to taste Chili Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the potatoes in pieces and cook for 20 min

Rinse under cold water, add two tbs of light mayo, mustard and chili pepper to taste. snip a handful of basil leaves in small strips. Coarsely grate the turnip and stir all ingredients.

Chill in the fridge to let the flavours blend.
