Chicken, mushroom and spinach pasta

2 cups cooked whole wheat fussili1 4-5oz boneless chicken breast2 T olive oil1C chopped onion2C sliced mushrooms1C frozen spinach1 garlic clovesalt and pepper to taste1/2 lemon juiced (opt)parmesean cheese (opt)
Sautee the onion and mushrooms in the olive oil. When they are about half way done, add in the cut up boneless chicken breast and garlic. When they are almost done, add in the frozen spinach, salt and pepper. Stir the mixture into the 2 cups hot cooked pasta. Squeeze lemon juice over the whole thing. You can also sprinkle with parmesean cheese if desired.
