Cheesy scallopped Potatoes

Ingredients
2# bag of hashbrowns1 large onion, chopped2 cans cream of mushroom soup8oz sour cream1/4 # Velveta cheese, cubed1 c milkOptional: aprox. 1 # meatballs
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, put in greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 2 hours. I used the family size can for the soup, it gives more moisture for the optional meatballs. The nutritional information accounts for this, an extra 2oz of Velvetta, and a 1# 12 oz bag of meatballs. A double batch will fit in a large crock pot-low 4-6 hours.
