Vegetable three bean chili (157 cal/ser)

Ingredients
Zuchinni 4 cupsYellow Onoin 1 (Chopped)Yellow Sweet Corn 1 Can (or 1 cup frozen)Mushrooms 4 cupsCarrots - 4 cups (Chopped)Bush's Seasoned Pinto Beans - 1 CanBush's Seasoned Black Beans - 1 Can Bush's Seasoned Kidney Beans - 1 CanDiced Tomatoes w/ Juice - 1 canMilk Chili Seasoning - 1 packet
Directions
Saute
Carrots, add chopped onion as the veggies get tender and onoions carmelize add zucchinni as it softens add mushrooms and corn.

In seperate pot combine can of diced tomatoes with chili seasoning and simmer until all veggies are sauted.

Add all three cans of beans to sauted veggies then add the pot of tomatoes and chili seasoning let simmer for about 15-20 minute until desired flavor is obtained.

This can be served frito style...

place shredded cheese in a bolw just a pinch
put frito chips on top a hand full or so
1.5 cups veggie three bean chili
and add a pinch of cheese on top for the ultimate experience!!
