    I made this with slight adjustments... I omitted a cup of water and replaced with a cup of tomato sauce, used one less potatoe, then added one medium chopped red pepper, a 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder & a half teaspoon of italian seasoning.... turned out great! - 12/2/14
