Chicken Pita Rollup

Ingredients
Directions
1. Separate sides of the Pita half way and pull back the top half to create a pocket.
2. Put all veggies, chicken, and avocado into the pocket over the top.
3. Create a roll, almost like a burrito, by tucking the top 1/2 of the pita under the veggies and pushing them to the back of the pocket tightly, then roll up over the bottom 1/2 of the pita.
4. Cut pita roll in half, enjoy!

* Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) (remove) * Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove) * Avocados, California (Haas), 0.25 fruit without skin and seeds (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
