Cold Winters Morning Treat

Ingredients
Ruby Red Grapefruit1 Tbs honey.25 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Wash grapefruit and cut in half.
Use a sharp knife to slice the sections away from the rind and the membrane. Do not remove fruit from rind.
Sprinkle 2 halves with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve immedietely. Best when hot.
