2 4oz. thick cut Tuna staks1/2 red onion, thinly sliced1/4 cup minced scallions (green onions)2 Avacados, cut in bite sized pieces1 1/2 cups cooked brown riceGrilled Tuna Salad Dressing
Sear tuna steaks 1 minute on each side; they should still be very rare in the center
make a bed of rice on each plate
thinly slice the tuna and arrange on each plate.
slice avacado and toss with a small abount of the dressing to prevent browning.
arrange on each plate with the tuna
top the tuna with the red and green onions
spoon dressing over the top ov each salad and enjoy.
