Chicken with Peaches and Balsamic Vinegar

1 lb chicken filets3 peaches or nectarines2 white onions2 sprigs fresh rosemary, just the "needles"3 tbs olive oil3 tbs balsamic vinegarsaltpepper
Set your oven to 450.
Cut the chicken, peaches and onions into chunks, they should be about equal in size. Put in a 3 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix oil and vinegar and pour over. Stir everything together and make sure everything is coated. In the oven for about 25 min or until chicken is cooked through. Stir the mixture every 10 min while baking.
