Ingredients
18 Large Brown Eggs, Hard Boiled1/2 Cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise2 tsp Ground Mustard1 tsp Ground Pepper
Directions
- Hard boil 18 large brown eggs, refrigerate until cool.
- Peel and mash eggs to desired chunkiness.
- Mix in mayonnaise, ground mustard and ground pepper.

Makes 20 (1/4 cup) servings to add to sandwiches, pockets, or top salads.
