Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
3 Cups - Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries (partially thawed) - 50 Calories per cup1/2 - Cup Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt - I used Great Value Brand - 120 calories per 1/2 cup3/4 Cup - Orange Juice - I used Simply Orange - 60 calories per 1/2 cup3/4 Cup - Water1 TBSP - Honey - 60 Calories per Tbsp.
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more or less water for your desired consistancy. I used Lowfat Yogurt because of allergies to artificial sugars, but non-fat or sugar free items could be used for lower caloric intake.
You can also use other juices if you want a little different taste.
