4 cups Nonfat milk3 medium Bananas4 tbsp Jif reduced fat peanut butter2 tbsp chocolate syrup
Directions
put milk and bananas (in pieces) in a blender. Turn on high to blend/liquefy. Then add in the peanut butter and chocolate and blend.
