My Fried Corn fritters

Ingredients
1 cup of yellow cornmeal1 eggabout 1/4 to 1/2 1% milkolive oilblack pepper
Directions
add egg to meal then add milk a little at time until smooth and mixture should not be to thick. Should be like pancake batter but not to runny. May have to add more milk if needed. Add black pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet when oil is heated drop spoonful in frying pan. Fry up like you are fixing pancakes. both sides should be golden brown. should make about 6 to 8 fritters.
