Summer Broccoli Salad

5 cups coursely chopped broccoli florettes (about 3 bunches, florettes only)6 ounces fancy shredded mozzarella cheese (part skim)1 jar of Hormel Real Bacon Bits or PiecesDressing:1 cup of Fat Free Miracle Whip Dressing1/2 cup of sugar (you can sub Splenda for baking, start with 1/4 cup and taste as you go)2-3 Tbls of Red Wine Vinegar (again, to taste)
Chop broccoli florettes into bite sized pieces.
Combine broccoli florettes, bacon bits/pieces and shredded cheese in a large mixing or serving bowl.
Make dressing by combining Miracle Whip Salad Dressing, Sugar and Red Wine Vinegar. Mix well, using a sealable container that you can shake works well.
About an hour before serving, mix dressing into the salad, stir well, cover and refrigerate. Enjoy!
