Super-easy fluffy cheesecake

Ingredients

1 8oz pack cream cheese, softened (fat free is fine)1 8oz tub whipped cream (fat free is fine)1/3 cup sugar1 9" prepared pie crust (or make your own)
Mix cream cheese and sugar with wire whisk until well mixed. Carefully mix in the whipped cream. Spoon into pie crust. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Can be topped with cherry topping (or strawberries, or anything else).
Personal cheesecakes: If you make your own crust, can make into individual cakes by preparing in cupcake paper cups (makes about 12). Or you can put a Nilla wafer into the bottom of the paper cup and spoon in the cheesecake filling. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Top with any topping (or fresh fruit).
