Half of a 16 ounce package of coleslaw mix1/4 cup sliced red onion1/4 cup fat free miracle whip1/2 teaspoon of salt1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Directions
Combine half of the package of coleslaw mix (carrot and cabbage), 1/4 cup sliced red onions, 1/4 cup fat free miracle whip, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
