Ingredients
* Water, tap, 7 cup (8 fl oz) * Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp * Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce * ground flaxseed, 8 tbsp * sunny boy, .5 cup * oat bran, 1 cup * cracked wheat, 1.5 cup * Honey, 1 tbsp * Salt, 1 tbsp * Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp * *Canola Oil, .75 cup * Flour, whole grain, 6 cup * *Flour, white, 13 cup
Directions
warm 1cup water add sugar and yeast and let rise for 10 minutes. Mix all other ingredients except white flour. Add yeast and mix in. Slowly add white flour until you have a stiff dough. knead for 10 minutes. Let rise 1 hour, until double in size. Punch down and put in bread pans. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Makes 6 loaves
