spray olive oil into pan and left out the butter and olive oil - deglazing the pan at the end with a bit of lemon water - used juices over chops and brown rice - YUM! - 6/20/07

Made exactly as suggested. I even ate the left overs cold today. Would be nice with garlic bread this way as a lunch. Never thought I would eat pork chops but now it will definitely be on the menu. - 3/15/11

This is delicious. The only sub I did was on the oils. I did not use the canola or the butter, I used Extra virgin olive oil. - 1/31/10

I added a touch of season salt, minced garlic (not powder), and ground rosemary (just a smidgen - it's really strong, but delicious) and I just made the best pork chops ever!!! - 10/29/07

Great taste, very easy. I was careful to not overcook the pork chops. Whole family loved it. I also minced the rosemary cause kids don't like the spikes! ;-} - 10/9/07

Very delicious, and healthy! We use Smart Balance instead of butter, and we put the butter sauce on everything -- chicken, vegetables, etc. It spices up even the blandest foods! - 4/3/07
