Turkey Cheese Burgers

2 lbs ground turkey, 93% Lean1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper8 slices Weight Watchers American Cheese (1 per burger)8 reduced calorie Hamburger Buns (1 per burger)16 tsp Mustard (2 tsp per burger)8 Iceburg Lettuce Leaves (1 per burger)8 slices tomatoe (1 slice per burger)8 slices onion (1 slice per burger)40 hamburger pickle slices (5 per burger)
Mix first 4 ingredients together; separate into 2 oz balls; take 1 'ball' and shape into patty; tear 1 slice of cheese in half and place both pieces on patty in an 'x'; take another 'ball' of turkey and shape into a patty and place on top of other patty/cheese; press edges together to seal in cheese; cook until nicely brown on both sides - cheese will begin to bubble out when done.
Top both sides of buns with mustard; top 1 side with a slice of tomato, onion, lettuce, and pickles; top with turkey patty and the other bun.
