Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients
3/4 cup of buttermilk1 large egg white1 1/2 cup of yellow corn meal1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cayenne pepper2 large green tomatoes, sliced 1/4inch thick2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil2 tsp butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Whisk together buttermilk and egg white in bowl
Whisk together cornmeal, salt and pepper
Dip half of tomato slices in buttermilk mix
Then dip in cornmeal mix
Cook in half of oil and butter till one side brown.
Transfer to baking sheet, brown side up
Repeat process with other half of tomatoes
Cook at 450 for 8-12 mins. till both sides brown.
