10oz Barilla Plus Rotini1 Yellow Squash or Zucchini2 medium Heads Broccoli1 Onion3 Cloves Garlic1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Red Pepper1 Cup Part Skim Ricotta.25 cup skim milkSalt and Pepper To Taste
Boil Water while chopping Vegetables
Cook Vegetables in olive oil over medium heat until tender
Add milk and Ricotta to Vegetable Mixture
Serve vegetables over pasta

quarter cup of milk. It is in the calorie count but I forgot to add it to the recipe directions. Hope you enjoy.
