12 large Russet Potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled till done.2 tsp. Mustard2 cups Mayonnaise10 Spears Dill Pickles
Peel, dice and boil potatoes until done. Drain, and add Mayonnaise, mustard and stir to coat. Chop pickle spears into a relish consistency and add to potato mixture. Add Salt and Pepper to taste and chill. Makes approx. 16-1 cup servings
