Low-Fat Chicken Bake and Gravy

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast2 cups nonfat sour cream2 cups 99% fat free cream of mushroom soup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cream of mushroom soup and nonfat sour cream. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breast, then pour the gravy over it in a 9x9 in. casserole dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a meat thermometer entered into the center of the chicken breast reads 140 degrees.
Great with mixed veggies or green beans, and herb wild rice.
