Cheeseburger soup

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey 93% lean3/4 c. onion, finally chopped3/4 c. celery, finally chopped3/4 c. carrots, finally chopped4 c. diced potatoes3 c. chicken broth1 T. basil3 T. parsley3 T. butter1/4 c. flour1 1/2 c. milkdash pepper8 oz. Mexican Velveeta cheese1/2 c. sour cream
Directions
Brown ground turkey with onions, celery and carrots. Combine with potatoes, chicken broth, basil & parsley. Cook 10 - 15 min. till potatoes are done. Make a rue w/ butter and flour, thicken and add milk and pepper. Add to soup. Add Velveeta cheese. Cook 10 - 15 min till hot. Add sour cream before serving.
