Turkey Joes

Ingredients
1.5 pounds ground turkey1/4 large red onion chopped3 large cloves of garlic chopped1/2 of a large bell pepper: orange, red or yellow1/2-1 cup chopped carrot1 six ounce can of tomato paste1 cup of tomato sauce2-4 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce6 hamburger buns
Directions
Saute the vegetables in 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil until tender then add in the ground turkey and Worcestershire sauce and brown off the meat. Add in the tomato paste and tomato sauce and cook over medium heat until heated completely through. Divide the mixture up into 8 portions and place in the buns. Serve immediately
