My experimental pancakes

1 c white flour1 c whole wheat flour1.5 c quick cook oats2 tbsp sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 eggs1/3 cup egg whites (or 2 egg whites)1 tsp vanilla (can use more)1/2 cup nonfat total greek yogurt2 c water
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix egg yolks, oil, vanilla and yogurt. Add water.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Mix wet and dry ingredients, then fold in egg whites.
Cook!
Makes 2ibs of pancakes - serving size is 1 oz (for ease of conversion).
