Ingredients
3 small potatoes1 small onion1 tp sea salt1 tp black pepper1/8 tp red pepper3 tbl flour
Directions
shred the potatoes and onion
rinse the potatoes and onin after you shred them till the water runs clear
place in a mediumn bowel
add your spice or add more to taste
mixx well and cook use oil or pam to cook
cook for about 5 minutes or more
flip and cook 5 more
and enjoy
