Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 tbsp splenda2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp saltcinnamon to taste2 bananas, mashed1 egg1 cup fat free skim milk2 tbsp applesauce1 tsp vanilla
Directions
1. Combine flour, splenda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl.

2. Mix together the bananas, egg, milk, applesauce, and vanilla in a medium sized bowl.

3. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture.

4. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat, pour batter on pan. Cook until golden brown.

Makes about 20 pancakes, ~3" in diameter.
