Taco Salad

Ingredients
You will need:1 Medium head of lettuce1 Large tomatoe cubed1 Can red kidney beans, drained1/2 cup of light ranch dressing1 lb. lean ground beef1 package taco seasoning mix1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 bag Doritos
Directions
1. Brown beef and drain. Add kidney bean and then the taco seasoning per instructions.
2. Meanwhile chop entire head of lettuce and tomato. Mix together lettuce, tomatoes and ranch dressing.
3. Spread shredded cheddar cheese evenly over top of salad mixture.
4. Crush entire bag of Doritos into very small crumb like pieces. Spread evenly over top of cheddar cheese.
5. Spread hamburger mixture still warm evenly over doritos. Place lid on bowl. Wait 5 minutes.
6. Stir to evenly distribute cheese, doritos and hamburger through salad mixture. Serve.

Can easily be doubled for large get togethers, picnics, and reunions. Surprisingly filling.
