Wor Won Ton Soup That's South Beachy

Ingredients
Won Ton Meat Balls ½ lb ground chicken breast1 4 oz can shrimp pieces, drained1 egg1 Tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce½ teaspoon sesame oil2 garlic cloves1 green onion¼ c water chestnutsSoup6 cups stock2 tablespoons light soy sauce1 teaspoon sesame oil1” ginger root1 cup carrots2 cups broccoli1 cup cauliflower½ cup green pepper¼ cup red onion½ cup bok choy1 cup celery½ cup leeks1 cup mushrooms
Directions
For the wrapperless won tons, combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Makes 16 won ton meat balls. Steam balls over boiling water for 15 minutes. Set aside.

Combine with the broth 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1” ginger root.
Chop and add vegetables to the broth, Cook until vegetables are desired firmness. Add meat balls just to heat through. Remove piece of ginger root before serving.
