2 C Rolled Oats3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour1/2 C Wheat Germ3/4 C Brown Sugar3/4 Tsp Cinnamon1 egg, beaten2 tsp vanilla1/2 C honey1/4 C peanut putter1/2 C applesauce1/4 - 1/2 C raisins (optional)1/4 - 1/2 C chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan well.
Beat egg and Mix all ingredients together.

Great Recipie!
My boyfriend loves these. I opted out of the chocholate and mixed both dried cranberries and rasins into the batter.
The bake time wasn't listed and I can't recall how long they took to bake (I think it was about 20 minutes).
I'll be making this healthy snack again! - 7/13/09
