2 1/2 LBS PORK TENDERLOIN CUBED3/4 CUP RICE VINEGAR OR WHITE VINEGAR1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE1/3 CUP WATER6 GARLIC CLOVE MINCED1 1/2 BAY LEAVES
Directions
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO POT AND BRING TO A BOIL REDUCE HEAT COVER AND SIMMER CHECKING AND STIRRING OCCASIONALLY ONCE COOKED
REMOVE PORK AND BROWN IN FRYING PAN DRAIN JUICES AND POUR JUICES OVER MEAT

MIX 1-2 TSP CORN STARCH WITH 1-2 TSP WATER AND MIX IN TO PORK BROTH MIXTURE TO THICKEN SAUCE

SERVE OVER RICE OR GREEN BEANS

    Adobo is awesome! I'm part Filipino so I'm always excited when I find a Filipino recipe. I used 2 cloves instead of 6 but next time I'll try 6 - 7/27/11
