Ingredients
Directions
Pork Tenderloin, 16 ozHoisin Sauce, 4 tbsp Garlic, 2-3 heaping tbsp (minced)Ketchup,1-2 TbspWater, 2 tbsp (just to make the thick marinade move a little better. you can also use white wine)
Put all ingredients except pork in a big Ziploc bag and squeeze around to mix it well.
Put a few shallow slits across the pork (on the diagonal; 2-3 inches in length).
Add the pork to the bag.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or up to 24).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove from bag, place on a rack in a roasting pan (I usually dump some of the extra marinade on top of the pork).
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 4 four ounce portions.
