Ingredients
2 cans of Hunts tomato sauce 15 oz 15 calories, zero fat1lb of shrimp with no tails1lb of swordfish1lb of scallops1/2 cup of fresh chopped cilantro1 clove of garlic1 teaspoon of salt3 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions
Mix on top of stove the garlic, cilantro. olive oil and let it brown
add two cans of tomato sauce and bring to a boil
add shrimp, swordfich and scallops
and let it cook for 25-30 minutes at medium heat
and serve on top of brown rice
