Ingredients
Sweet Potato, baked, 2 cup Chicken Broth or Bouillon, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
peel potatoes, diced, boil in broth, while that boils, dice and mince onion and garlic, add to pot, cookuntil tender and then drain, reserving 1/4 cup broth. mix potatoes adding water until smooth and creamy.. makes 1/2 cup servings.
