Lentils in beef broth

Ingredients
3 beef bouillon cubes4 carrots3-4 stalks celery1lb lentils3-4 cloves garlic diced1/4 onion diced1 medium zucchiniother herbs as you like
Directions
Prepare lentils as directed on package. Cook for 30-45 min.
While lentils are cooking, put the bouillon cubes in the slow cooker.
Dice the veggies and thow them in the slow cooker.
Add anyother seasonings you would like.
Add Lentils and let cook for 6-8 hours.
Cover with 6-8 cups of water.
Cook.
Makes approx. 12- 1cup servings.
