Fat free banana muffins

Ingredients
2c all purpose flour1 1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1c Splenda brown sugar blend1 snack size unsweetened applesauce (strawberry is very tasty in these)4 ripe bananas, mashed1/4c water1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly grease your muffin tins.
In a medium sized bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt together.
In a large bowl, beat the sugar and applesauce together, then add the mashed bananas. Stir in the water and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add the flour mixture, along with any other mix-ins: nuts, chocolate chips, etc.

Fill each muffin tin halfway with the batter. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
